Day detoxification program: STEP BY STEP!



You have a very healthy lifestyle? Congratulations! That does not mean, however, that your body does not need one "clean" from time to time. 

Whether you choose the long-term detoxification methods, whether healthy eating for three days, drinking only fruit juices for two days, occasionally need to remove small debris collected over time. 

And if you are more lustful nature, or do not last long hours without eating, try "day detox program"  which will keep you hungry, but it will give your body "clean "well deserved! 

The Wake (time may vary depending on each program): 

Hot water with lemon 7:00 

Squeeze fresh lemon in a little warm water if preferred. Hot water with lemon gives a gentle start to the day for crossing the intestines, helping to eliminate waste from the previous day.

You can choose: 

Either put two heaping tablespoons flax seed in a glass of water; 
Whether to soak a tablespoon of flax seed in a cup of boiling water the night before. Morning drink only liquid without seeds. 
8:00 breakfast 

You can choose: 

Fruit - if you eat for breakfast should be room temperature. Eat enough so that your hunger disappear and chew them very well. Avoid oranges and orange juice, because they are too acidic. If you choose grapes, not mixed with any other fruit. 
Vegetable juice obtained from: 1 cucumber, fourth root ginger 4 stalks celery, alfalfa sprouts 100g 3 twigs of parsley and carrot.

10:00 Break squash 

Choose seasonal fruits, freshly squeezed or crushed with a mixer. 

12:30 Lunch 

Choose from the following: 

Salad with sprouted seeds 
Cucumber soup with fresh mint 
Uncooked sauerkraut 
Cereals, such as millet, rice, quinoa, or 
Once you cook grains, add one or more of the following spices and mix them, dill, chives and dandelion leaves. Eat it with a garnish of broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, celery and Brussels sprouts. 

14:00 Half of herbal tea 

2:30 p.m. vegetable juice detox, Dr. Gillian McKeith recipe 

You can choose: 

Morcovmania: 6 carrots, 2 stalks of celery and 1 apple 

Cucumber cool: two whole cucumber ½ beet, one branch of dill 

Vegetables pack: a bunch of parsley, 1 leaf of kale, 5 carrots and a small piece of ginger root. 

15:00 Half of herbal tea 

3:30 p.m. It's snack time! 

Munching sunflower seeds, pumpkin and / or uncooked sauerkraut. 

4:00 p.m. Delicious vegetable paste 

6 carrots, 1 soft avocado 10 basil leaves, 1 apple, 1 slice of lemon 

Soarce carrots and apple with a juicer. Add the juice to the other ingredients and mix them with the blender. Finally, squeeze a slice of lemon in composition. 

5:30 p.m. Dinner 

Your day is almost over. Now you can eat a raw cabbage salad with sprouted grains. If you incredibly hungry, you can add a small amount of grain. 

18:30 Half of "soup with Potassium" 

Potassium broth provides organs, glands and tissues of the body a true cocktail of minerals and vitamins - notably potassium, the electrolyte balance. Mineral imbalance is a factor that leads to slow operation organs. 

Potassium soup: 

Always wash the right ingredients, but there is no need to clean the shell if you use organic products.

1 teaspoon of liquid silicon, 2 teaspoons of folks vera, 3 or 4 drops of essential oil of frankincense and myrrh 
9:00 p.m. Those ruminants night ... 

Cud lettuce and celery stalks before bedtime (Celery is full of mineral magnesium, one of the most soothing nutrients).
