Watermelon diet




Watermelon contains 91% water and only 6% sugar, and vitamin C, beta-carotene, vitamins B1 and B6, antioxidants, potassium and magnesium. 

Do not worry about calories. 100 grams of watermelon means only 30 calories. 

Diet for 13 days 
  
This diet can help your body detox, but also to lose between 6 and 8 kg. It is not a difficult diet, but it is recommended to go to the doctor before you start hotorasti to it. This diet consists of two phases. 
 
Phase 1 
 
In the first phase, for 3 days you will eat only watermelon. 
 
Phase 2 
 
The second phase lasts between 6 and 10 days and requires only eat watermelon snack, but to have only two meals per day. The good thing is that in this phase you are allowed to eat a variety of foods. 
 
At breakfast you can eat a bowl of whole grains with milk and a slice of cheese, lunch, boiled or grilled chicken, fish or lean beef with a salad of any vegetables with a little olive oil and a few drops of lemon lemon. The two snacks, morning and evening, eat two, three slices of watermelon. 
 
Diet 5 days 

And this diet is detoxifying. It only takes five days and offers you a wider variety of foods than 13 days. It is an effective diet if you respect the book. 
 
Day 1 
 
Breakfast: 1 slice of melon and a cup of green tea or coffee 
 
Lunch: 150 grams of cooked lean beef, 150 grams of boiled rice, a slice of watermelon 
 
Dinner: 60 grams of cheese, 1 slice wholemeal bread, 1 slice of watermelon 
 
Day 2 
 
Breakfast: 1 slice of watermelon, one slice of toast, 1 cup of green tea or coffee 
 
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled chicken (skinless), 1 slice of bread, 1 slice of watermelon 
 
Dinner: 100 grams of grilled fish, boiled rice 100, 2 slices of watermelon 
 
Day 3 
 
Breakfast: 1 slice of watermelon, one slice of toast, 1 cup of green tea or coffee 
 
Lunch: 50 grams of pasta with tomato sauce and 3 slices of watermelon 
 
Dinner: vegetable salad and how you want to eat watermelon 

Day 4 

Breakfast: 2 slices of watermelon 
 
Lunch: 1 bowl of soup cream of broccoli, 1 slice of bread and 2 slices of watermelon 
 
Dinner: 3 medium sized potatoes, baked and 2 slices of watermelon 
 
Day 5 
 
Breakfast: 3 slices of watermelon 
 
Lunch: 150 grams of lean beef boiled watermelon as you 
 
Dinner: 1 slice of bread, 60 grams of cheese and three slices of watermelon
