
Rice Diet

Breakfast: 200 ml yogurt 50 g of whole grains
Snack: 2 apples
Lunch: rice as you want and 200 g grilled beef
Dinner: rice and cooked vegetables as you want
Day III
Breakfast: an orange and two boiled eggs
Snack: 200 ml yogurt.
Lunch: rice as you want and 200 g cooked chicken breast
Dinner: rice and cooked vegetables as you want
Day IV
Breakfast: 250 ml skimmed milk 50 g whole grains
Snack: a graft
Lunch: 100 g of grilled fish and rice cooked vegetables as you want
Dinner: rice as you want plus 200 ml yogurt.
Day V
Breakfast: 200 ml yogurt 50 g of whole grains
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: 200 g grilled beef and rice as you want
Dinner: rice as you want and two oranges
Day VI
Breakfast: 200 ml yogurt 50 g whole grains
Snack: two raw carrots, large
Lunch: rice with cooked vegetables as you want
Dinner: 100g grilled chicken breast and rice as you want
Day VII
Breakfast: an orange and 2 boiled eggs.
Snack: 2 apples.
Lunch: rice as you want and 200 grams of grilled fish saltwater
Dinner: rice as you want a cup of yogurt
EACH OF THE TWO TYPES OF MEALS IN TIN rice diet with a break of one day, one every 7 days. IN THAT ATTEMPT TO BREAK consume only protein foods (meat, milk, eggs, cheese, soy)
