Dinner: 400 grams of boiled cabbage about 20 minutes with a tablespoon of butter, and finally mixed with 200 grams of grapes and leaves on fire five minutes, plus 250 grams of fish fillet seasoned, fried butter 
Snack if you get hungry between meals can eat two or three servings of grapes and you can drink up to a liter of wine per day. Day 2

Day 3 

Breakfast: mix 100 grams of cereal with 150 grams of yogurt sweetened with two teaspoons of honey. Then, 300 g of grape washed and mixed with the above formulation 
Lunch: a fry chopped onions with a teaspoon of oil and then add 100 grams of rice. Over these ingredients we add another 200 ml of water and boil it for 20 minutes. Finally we add 100 grams of peas and 100 grams of grapes and preparation simmer another five minutes. Season with salt and pepper then everything 
Dinner: two beef schnitzel with gasket 200 grams of potatoes Fietse shell and 300 grams of grapes. 

Contraindications 

Grape diet is contraindicated for people suffering from diabetes, hypertension, advanced, severe kidney problems, water retention in the tissues, colitis fermentation and chronic diarrhea.
