It is almost impossible to find a person known as a raw vegan and to be overweight! 
Precisely this type of diet, while ensuring all necessary vitamins and minerals, but contains very few calories. 

What we mean by raw vegan diet? 
First of all you should know that a raw vegan diet refers to a vegetarian diet, but crude vegetable! We know vegetarians who eat fries, too much bread, cakes without animal products and so on, so that in these cases a vegetarian diet loses much of its healthy properties. 

I just can say about raw vegan diet, in which the thermal cook, so food retains all the properties and unheated oils are not toxic (like those used in frying, known as poisons to the body).
