Zone Diet - Diet created by Dr. Barry Sears is built on the idea of combining food percentage "perfect" and was therefore called "the perfect combination diet".

The doctor came to the conclusion that it is best to consume adequate calories pricente follows: 
40% carbohydrate; 
30% fat (mostly monounsaturated); 
30% protein 
 
The Zone Diet suggests three main meals a day, not to exceed 500 calories, and an afternoon snack not exceeding 100 calories. 
Zone Diet - hormonal balance principle 
The Zone Diet works on the idea that the main source of energy must be represented by ... protein. How this? 
A body gets particularly bad sugars, such as sugar, will secrete more insulin than normal. Insulin is a hormone that promotes weight gain because filing calories as fat tissue.
