Overall body detox diet


Preparation phase - liquid meals 
Initiation phase lasts two days and consists of liquids and eating meals: 
- Soup / stew; 
- Grain (granola or oatmeal) with yogurt, milk or fresh fruit; 
- Plain yogurt or fruit; 
- Smoth homemade etc. 
detox 
You may not bread or powdered spices, sauces or other elimente than those specified. It allowed only one cup of unsweetened coffee morning and the rest of the day eat only water. 
Phase detodifiere 
Detoxification phase lasts two days and consists of eating only fresh fruits, including fruits, but uncooked (nuts, peanuts, seeds, cashews - all unripe).
