Keto diet



Many people are interested in an effective method for removing extra weight, but have you thought that diets that reduce body fat also reduces muscle? Many diets lead to loss of fat mass only in certain areas or dehydrates the body, reducing also the muscle mass. This means that removing those extra pounds melting is not due only adipose tissue but also eliminate water and muscle mass, so the effects are not desirable because it leaves skin lacking tonicity of muscle, the body loses its youthful appearance and will have the image you expect. 

Keto diet was used especially for athletes because they needed protection for muscle. For this method of losing weight is a healthy one and also does not lead to muscle melting keto diet (ketogenic diet or anabolic diet) was adopted and nutritionists but supplemented with vitamins and minerals. 

Keto diet is different to other diets that exclude dietary carbohydrates. It is most effective on fat tissue, reducing excess pounds by losing body fat and not due to dehydration or loss of muscle mass. 
Useful for both men and women, keto diet can be used especially for those who are fitness or bodybuilding for example, athletics etc.
