Rina Diet
Rina diet is very popular over lands and is not a new diet, it is based on the principles of nutrition cleavage which certainly have heard.
Rina diet principles
Rina diet is easy to follow, making dissociation of food per day.
There are 4 main days dissociation:
First day: protein consumption;
Second day: consumption of starch;
Third day: consumption of carbohydrates (other than starch - complex carbohydrate);
Fourth day: day vitaminizare
Over all they can drink tea and coffee as you want, but recommends to eat only Healthy.ro morning coffee, no more than two cups of unsweetened tea a day and the rest water, because water is the best fluid loss.
Rina diet lasts 90 days and every 29 day detox is (basically is day 29 and the last day of the diet).
Rina Diet: Protein Day
In this day consume cheese, milk, eggs, meat, vegetables neamidonoase (ie to avoid rice and potatoes), do not eat fruit or bread that is rich in carbohydrates and not protein.
What can you eat on the day Rina protein diet:

Rina Diet: Day starchy
On this day you can eat cereals, roots, potatoes, rice.
What can you eat on the day Rina starch diet:
- Beans of any kind: peas, chickpeas, cereals, rice, wheat, maize etc .;
- Vegetables of any kind, including potatoes;
- No more than a bowl of sweets in flour, without yeast and without creams: biscuits, cookies, crackers, etc.
