3 day diet with sauerkraut - full menu
In just three days of the diet, you can lose up to 3 pounds and, in addition, detoxify your body. Diet sauerkraut is an ideal combination of a detox diet and slimming classic program. It is recommended to drink plenty of water, preferably with lemon juice and coffee and tea without sugar are allowed.
Day 1
On the first day of the diet with sauerkraut, you are allowed to eat only ... sauerkraut! The recommended daily amount is about one pound, you need to divide it into three meals.
