Monday: 

Lunch: 2 eggs, grapefruit 

Dinner: 2 eggs, mixed salad, 1 slice toast, grapefruit, black coffee 

Tuesday: 

Lunch: 2 eggs, tomatoes, coffee 

Dinner: steak, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, olives, coffee 

Wednesday: 

Lunch: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee 

Dinner: 2 lamb chops, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, tea 

Thursday: 

Lunch: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee 

Dinner: 2 eggs, cottage cheese, a slice of toast, white cabbage. 

Friday: 

Lunch: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee 

Dinner: salad with fish, a slice of toast, grapefruit 

Saturday: 

Lunch: fruit salad, no matter how much you want 

Dinner: steak, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, coffee 

Sunday: 

Lunch: chicken, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, grapefruit, coffee 

Dinner: boiled and cooled chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit.
