Danish diet - 20 pounds in two weeks


Danish Diet lasts only 13 days and is not an unlucky number! This is however a very strict diet, but following it can remove between 7 and 20 pounds, depending on personal metabolism, the association with a sports program and also the excess pounds - the higher the, the number of pounds lost is greater. 
Being a very strict, not all people are able to complete it. If you managed to keep this regime less than a week, you can repeat over half a year. If you have held more than a week, but you have not completed, then you can resume the diet over a year. And if you managed to go out the diet, you are allowed to repeat two years. 

Danish diet menu 

Day 1 

Breakfast: a cup of coffee sweetened with a sugar cube; 
Lunch: Four tablespoons of cooked spinach, two boiled eggs and a tomato. 
Dinner: a bowl of beef thin as half a palm sized, boiled with two tablespoons of oil, juice of half a lemon and a small bowl of lettuce salad. 

Day 2 

Breakfast: a cup of coffee sweetened with a sugar cube; 
Lunch: meat in the same dimensions described (half a palm) boiled, grilled or baked, with the exception of pork 
Dinner: a bowl of beef thin as half a palm sized, boiled with two tablespoons of oil, juice of half a lemon and a small bowl of lettuce salad. 

Day 3 

Breakfast: a cup of coffee sweetened with a sugar cube, a slice of toast 
Lunch: a slice of bacon, two eggs cooked lettuce salad 
Dinner: Four Ingur boiled celery, a tomato, a fresh fruit 

Day 4 

Breakfast: a cup of coffee sweetened with a sugar cube, a slice of toast 
Lunch: a cup of orange juice, yogurt average
