
Soft diet for 14 days
Diet 14 days is recommended to those who want to lose up to 7 kg, that after this diet have to do at least three weeks break.
Daily Menu
Breakfast is the same for each day of the week: half a grapefruit, or a half cup of chopped pineapple pieces, or half a mango, or a suitable slice of melon with a slice of bread and, of course, tea or coffee without sugar, milk, cream or honey.
Monday
Lunch: two slices of cold meat choice: pork, chicken, turkey; sliced tomatoes, boiled or steamed.
Dinner: any kind of fish or seafood; fruit salad greens as desired; a slice of bread toast; grapefruit.
Tuesday
Lunch: fruit salad - any combination of fruit.
Dinner: grilled lean; tomatoes, lettuce, celery, olives, sprouts and cucumber.
Wednesday
Lunch: tuna or salmon salad with oil and lemon; grapefruit or melon.
Dinner: lean lamb - can be replaced with fish; salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and lettuce.
Thursday
Lunch: two eggs of any kind, cooked without fat; cottage cheese, lean; sliced tomatoes or steamed; a slice of bread toast.
Dinner: broiled or grilled chicken (no fat and no skin); spinach, green peppers, beans.
Friday
Lunch: a few assorted sliced cheese; spinach, all you want; a slice of bread toast; Coffee, tea, water (mineral, payment).
Dinner any more; Fresh vegetable salad; a slice of bread toast.
Saturday
Lunch: fruit salad, how much you want.
Dinner: roast chicken or turkey grilled; tomato and lettuce salad; grapefruit.
Sunday
Lunch: chicken or grilled turkey (cold or hot) tomatoes, carrots, cooked cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower; grapefruit.
Dinner: boiled veal without fat; salad of celery, cucumber, lettuce, tomato.
Resume another week. This diet must be strictly observed. You must not drink alcohol. Between meals you eat only carrots and celery in any quantity. Salads should be prepared without oil or mayonnaise, lemon or vinegar only.
